DAYTON PERFORMING ARTS ALLIANCE
Problem and Solution
The Dayton Performing Arts Alliance faced several challenges with their website, including an outdated CMS and a website design that was not meeting their needs. The organization also needed to find a way to transition to virtual events during the pandemic while still maintaining their high standards for performing arts experiences.
To address these challenges, we worked closely with the Dayton Performing Arts Alliance to develop a comprehensive solution. We first helped them migrate their content to a new WordPress site, which provided a more modern and user-friendly platform for managing their content.
We then worked with the organization to complete a graphic redesign of the site, which helped to improve the overall user experience and bring a more contemporary look to the site.
During the pandemic, we worked with the Dayton Performing Arts Alliance to develop a subscription system for streaming concerts. This solution allowed the organization to continue to provide high-quality performances to their patrons in a challenging time, while also generating revenue to keep the organization afloat.
After the pandemic and the hiring of a new marketing team, we helped the Dayton Performing Arts Alliance with another major redesign and reorganization of their website. This included a focus on ticket sales for in-person concerts, which was an essential step in returning to the organization’s core mission of providing live, world-class performing arts experiences to the local community.
