Problem and Solution
Ocusell was struggling with the cumbersome process of listing properties on multiple MLSs (Multiple Listing Services). They found it time-consuming to enter the same information into different systems and difficult to keep track of which properties were listed where. This resulted in inefficiencies, duplicated effort, and lost business opportunities. In addition, they also struggled with managing their social media presence, including scheduling and publishing content across multiple channels, as well as monitoring performance.
Furthermore, we added the ability to schedule and publish social media content across multiple channels and monitor performance. Our client can now easily manage their social media presence from the same platform, streamlining their workflow and saving time. They can schedule posts in advance, ensuring a consistent and engaging presence on social media. The performance monitoring feature enables them to track their social media performance and make data-driven decisions to improve their strategy. Our solution has transformed the way our client operates, making them more efficient, productive, and profitable.

When we started working with Ocusell, we identified a challenge they were facing: a cumbersome listing process. We knew that we needed to come up with a solution that would be both innovative and effective. We understood that for some things, we were the first to do this, so it would be challenging to figure out ways to make things work.
Our approach was to work closely with our client to identify their unique needs and develop a solution that would centralize the listing process and enable brokers to list properties to multiple MLSs using one easy-to-use interface. We took the time to understand the complexities of the real estate industry and to explore new technologies and ideas.
We started by brainstorming and ideating, experimenting with different ideas until we found a solution that we knew would work. We then moved to the development phase, working closely with our client to ensure that the platform was tailored to their specific needs. We faced challenges along the way, but we remained committed to finding solutions and making things work.
Our final product is a one-stop shop that centralizes the listing process, enabling brokers to list properties on multiple MLSs using one, easy-to-use interface. We are proud to be the first to develop this innovative solution and are thrilled with the results we have achieved for our client.
